Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping items back to us. 

Unfortunately, etéreo cannot make any changes for orders that have already been shipped. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please email info@etereostore.ch  for return instructions. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Items must be in its original condition . All returns must be accompanied with a proof of purchase (Invoice or Packing Slip).

Once your return has been received and accepted, please give it 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method.

We do not accept exchange at the moment.
